Every item we send is individually inspected and crafted to match the highest standards of luxury quality. Before anything ships, we share real photos or videos for your approval so you know exactly what you are getting.
Because of this process, issues are rare. But if something ever goes wrong, we are here to make it right.
π¦ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns when all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You reach out to us within 7 days of delivery
- A valid reason is provided, such as a defect or incorrect item
- Clear photos or videos of the issue are included
All return requests must be approved by our support team in writing before you ship anything back. Once approved, the item must be returned within 5 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
π‘οΈ Important Notice
To protect the integrity of our process and every customer we serve, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations based on change of mind or unauthorized purchase claims. Every order is documented with visual proof that matches exactly what is delivered.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all order cancellations.
π Replacements & Store Credit
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will make it right with one of the following:
- A free replacement of the exact same item
- A store credit equal to your full purchase value
- A full refund upon return of the item to our return address
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide unboxing photos or videos as proof.
β Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way
- Returns made without prior written approval from our team
- Items sent back after the return window has closed
- Items missing tags, original packaging, or box
- Size or fit related issues β all correctly shipped sizes are final sale
π³ Refunds
A refund will be issued only when:
- Your order was never delivered
- The item received was materially different from what you approved before shipping
- The return process was followed correctly and the item has been received and inspected by our team
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
